International Orders

We offer two shipping options:
- Standard $7
- Air $20
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order.
Returns
- We offer a 14-day guarantee on all orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.
- Products marketed as Sale and Final Sale cannot be returned.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.
To start an international return, please visit https://nuuds-com.fratereturns.com/ to receive your return instructions. Please note that all international returns are self-mailed. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and may choose their preferred courier. Please be aware that customers are also responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with their return shipment. Once you have shipped your items, kindly email the tracking information for your return package to help@nuuds.com.
Gift Cards
Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not supported for international customers. If you have an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please reach out to help@nuuds.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 weeks.
